Faulty Item Scheme

Here at Necklace for Breakfast, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with beautiful jewellery. All of our pieces are inspected and packaged carefully before they are dispatched. However, if your item is damaged in transit or you find a manufacturing issue please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Faulty Items Process

1) Please email info@necklaceforbreakfast.com with your order number, an image of the fault with a brief description of the issue.

2) You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the return address for the exchange.

3) Post your item back to us.

4) Once your item arrives with us, you will receive a voucher for the full item price + 15% as a sorry for your experience with us. You will also receive £3 to cover postage. For example, if the Jewellery you purchased was worth £20, you'll receive a £26 voucher.

Please note, we do not offer refunds at this time.
