Exchange Policy

We are pretty sure that you'll love your piece once it arrives...however if it's not what you expected, just follow the steps below:

1) Please email info@necklaceforbreakfast.com with your order number and clearly state which item it is you wish to return and the item you want in exchange.
2) You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the return address and the exchange.
3) Post your item back to us.
4) We'll dispatch your requested item within 24 hours of receiving the original product.

Please Note the following before requesting an exchange

  • Customers are liable to pay for the delivery cost to us if the exchange is not related to a fault.

  • In instances where the product you wish to exchange for is more expensive than the product you originally purchased, the customer is responsible for the difference

  • In instances where the product you wish to exchange for is less expensive than the product you originally purchased, Necklace For Breakfast will give you a voucher for the difference. Necklace For Breakfast will not be able to refund the difference.

  • We operate a no refund Policy, in instances where we are at fault (for example if the Jewellery arrives damaged, you will be protected under our Faulty Item Scheme.
